What started as a way to document the adventures of moving my fiercely independent grandmother closer to family became a collection of stories I never expected to still be telling thirteen years later.
The original posts have now been packed away, appropriately enough.
But Grandma really isn't gone.
Those stories have been gathered into a book, along with family photographs and a few things that somehow never made it onto the blog.
Boxing Up Grandma: A Texas Family Memoir will be published September 15, 2026.
Grandma has officially escaped the internet.
She's going to Amazon.
God help them.
